Employee HR has been set up as the HR support for employees. Most employers have HR departments and Managers who have significant experience in dealing with HR issues and going into a meeting with them without the right support could be detrimental to your job and long term career. Employee HR puts you on an equal footing by providing you with the knowledge, expertise and assurance of having a trusted Trade Union Representative qualified and experienced in employment law on your side, be it a Grievance, Redundancy, Performance or Disciplinary Hearing; even if you are not a member of a Union.
The founder and Lead Trade Union Representative at Employee HR has substantial experience in dealing with employee cases, having been a Trade Union Representative for over 10 years, as well as being an Employment Law and HR Consultant advising employers. As well as having the experience of representing employees and employers in over a thousand cases over the years, he is qualified in the area, having completed a Masters (LLM) in Employment Law.
We have the experience and knowledge to plan your case with the desired outcome in mind. We do this by using the law and the right strategy for each individual case. If, for example, you want to ensure your Grievance or Disciplinary case is dealt with so that you can continue in your role and be treated fairly, then we will devise a plan to support that. If you want to leave your current employer, we will incorporate that into the case strategy to try to negotiate a settlement.
